GunCommunity SA is South Africa's most comprehensive directory of firearm, sport shooting, hunting and related suppliers and service providers.
The GunCommunity SA website is a centralised portal where anyone and everyone looking for information related to the South African firearm and related industries can find information quickly and easily.
Businesses and Associations in the Firearm and related Industries:
We don't need to tell you that the South African Firearm and related industries are currently experiencing challenging times for a number of reasons.
The threat of the Proposed FCA Ammendments and the challenges posed to businesses and private individuals alike as a result of Covid-19 aside, anyone in the Firearm, Hunting and related industries will know that mainstream online advertising of firearm and related products is virtually impossible these days and it unfortunately isn't going to get any easier.
With this in mind, we have created GunCommunity SA, a centralised online portal where all Firearm, Sport Shooting, Hunting and related Suppliers, Service Providers, Clubs and Associations in South Africa can list their businesses and services.
Look at it like a dedicated South African Firearm and related industries search engine without the limitations and restrictions. (Within reason of course.)
Categories include Firearm Dealers, Shooting Ranges, Firearm Training Providers, Firearm Application Assistance and Motivations, Hunting and Game Farms, Firearm and Shooting Clubs and Associations and many more...

Yes, we encourage that you list your Listing under as many relevant Categories as possible.
Please do not add Categories that are not relevant to your Listing.
Please email us at support@guncommunity.co.za and suggest the Category(s) that you would like added and we will add the Category(s) if we believe it will add value to GunCommunity SA.
Please email us at support@guncommunity.co.za and suggest the Feature(s) that you would like added to which Category(s) and we will add the Feature(s) if we believe it will add value to GunCommunity SA.
If Your Business or Association offers more than one main Category or Service relevant to the Firearm Industry and they operate under different names, we suggest that You create a separate Listing for each main Category, Business or Service.
Example 1: If you have a Firearm Dealership, an on site Gunsmith, a Shooting Range and a Shooting Club and each operate separately and/or under different names, we suggest that You create a separate Listing for each of the 4 entities and reference each of the other 3 in each Listing's Description.
Example 2: If you have a Firearm Dealership, an on site Gunsmith, a Shooting Range and a Shooting Club and the Dealership, Gunsmith and Shooting Range all operate under one name and the Shooting Club under a separate name, we suggest that You create 1 x Listing for the Dealership, Gunsmith and Shooting Range and a separate Listing for the Shooting Club.
* Make sure to select all relevant Categories for each Listing so that they come up in Search Results.
This will help you get the best possible Search Results and exposure for each Listing in it's relevant Category.
Please do not create duplicate Listings for the same Business or Service.
In the case of Businesses, we suggest that you list each branch/store separately in order to get the best exposure and to reach people in the relevant areas.
In the case of Associations and Clubs etc, we suggest the same, but we also suggest listing the main/national/regional body as well as potential members may want to contact the main body for relevant information. Eg: To find the correct or nearest club or branch.
Eventhough you might offer products or services all around the country, we strongly suggest that you enter a physical address for your Listing so that it will come up on the Map in search results.
If you do not enter an address, the Listing will still come up in search results, but it will not display on the Map.
There's no need to call the cops! A colleague, friend, customer or member could have thought that you could benefit from being listed on GunCommunity SA and could have created the listing on Your behalf.
First, take a look at the righthand side of the Listing above the Contact Form and see if You can claim Your Listing by clicking on "Claim Now". Once You have claimed Your listing, it will belong to You and you can update it as You please and receive direct enquiries.
If there is no "Claim Now" option and it says "Claimed" next to the listing name, it means that someone has already claimed it. Again, a colleague or someone within Your organisation may have claimed it on Your behalf. If not, please email us at support@guncommunity.co.za with reasonable proof that the business or Listing belongs to you and we will investigate accordingly.
Please email all relevant details and information to support@guncommunity.co.za. We are happy to collaborate with any and all parties who will bring value and benefit to the greater South African Firearm and Related Community.
